Multi-product hardware PCN reflecting a change in the Infineon TPM chip (Trusted Platform Module) due to the current module becoming obsolete and replaced by a newer version of the chip.

Specifically, the Infineon TPM SLB9635 TT 1.2 with firmware 1.02 has been announced end-of-life (EOL) and will no longer be available.  A new chip,  Infineon TPM SLB9635 TT 1.2 with firmware 3.19, will be added to the approved vendor list (AVL) in the bill of materials (BOM) for the impacted products.

The impact for customers that do not use the TPM feature is minimal and explained in the attached PCN document.  For those customers that do use the TPM feature BCM recommends you validate the new chip to ensure compatibility with your system or application.
