BCM Advanced Research, an industry leader since 1990 in industrial motherboards and systems, is pleased to announce that our Intel® Atom™ D525 dual Core low-power Mini ITX motherboard, the MX525D/DC has been released into mass production and will begin shipping in September.
The MX525D uses ATX power supplies while the MX525DC is operated by DC power. Both versions are designed based on Intel’s Pineview platform – Intel® 45nm Atom™ D525 dual core processor and Intel® ICH8M Chipset with integrated GMA 3150 GPU. Both boards support DDR3 memory modules and TPM for enhanced security.
These small footprint mini-ITX industrial motherboards provide rich I/O interfaces and expandability. They are an ideal solution for affordable entry level mobile computing systems including Point-of-Sale, Lottery machines, portable Medical equipment and interactive Kiosks.
