BCM’s HPM-SRSUA is a server-grade ATX motherboard (12”x9.6”) powered by the 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors, formerly Sapphire Rapids, in LGA4677 single-socket platform. The 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® processors have the most built-in accelerators of any CPU on the market to improve performance in AI, analytics, networking, storage, and HPC.
A similar platform with dual CPU sockets, HPM-SRSDE, will be introduced later in Q3 for applications that require advanced high-performance computing.
