07/12/2012 | PCNs for the MX67QMD and MX67QM pertaining to changing the COM port default jumper setting to 5V and changing the cable accessories to be more convenient for a broader range of chassis and enclosures. 06/06/2012 | Multi-product hardware PCN reflecting a change in the Infineon TPM chip (Trusted Platform Module) due to the current module becoming obsolete and replaced by a newer version of the chip. Specifically, the Infineon TPM SLB9635 TT 1.2 with firmware 1.02 has been announced end-of-life (EOL) and will no longer be available. A new chip, Infineon TPM SLB9635 TT 1.2 with firmware 3.19, will be added to the approved vendor list (AVL) in the bill of materials (BOM) for the impacted products. The impact for customers that do not use the TPM feature is minimal and explained in the attached PCN document. For those customers that do use the TPM feature BCM recommends you validate the new chip to ensure compatibility with your system or application. 03/01/2012 | Hardware product change notice for the BCM MX57QM mini-itx motherboard pertaining to an audio codec change. This change pertains to the Realtek® audio codec ALC888S being phased out due to product end of life and replaced by the Realtek® audio codec ALC886. The ALC886 and ALC888S are hardware pin-to-pin compatible and will require no layout change to the motherboard.
